Council on Foundations Names New CEO

The Council on Foundations was very pleased to announce that it has already appointed a new president and CEO in the name of Vikki Spruill.

Spurill will officially start assuming office on July 1, 2012 and from then on will serve as the premiere leader of the trade association for foundations.
